As an Administrator (Support & Operations) in Hyderabad, you will manage customer issue escalations to third-party teams and coordinate investigations with various service desk teams. You will also contribute to service improvement, documentation, and testing activities as required by management and clients.

Responsibilities

Escalate advanced customer issues to third-party escalation teams.
Monitor and coordinate escalations with third-party teams.
Triage incidents requiring investigation with Service Desk teams, Management, and Client teams.
Provide regular updates to all involved parties.
Act as a primary contact for requested project information.
Contribute to service delivery working practice and knowledgebase documentation.
Assist in creating new documentation for activities/processes.
Participate in testing and validation activities.
Participate in special projects, client events, and visits.
Prepare ad-hoc and regular reporting upon client or management request.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of platforms such as VMware, Networking, Linux & Unix, Windows Servers, Database.
Problem solving skills.
Organizational skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario.
