Responsibilities
- Generate innovative business insights and apply expertise in customer business in alignment with customer goals.
- Act as the 'virtual Technical Officer', providing technical guidance and building industry/client knowledge.
- Create mid- to long-term digital transformation roadmaps and ensure execution of technological strategy.
- Lead industry and digital transformation acceleration to identify, create demand, and deliver customer solutions.
- Help customer technical specialists sell Microsoft solutions by mapping technical requirements to Microsoft platforms.
- Orchestrate internal teams and local partners, drive account planning, and influence customer technology engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications

- 4+ years experience in relevant customer industry.
- 4+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
- A different range is applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, where the base pay range for this role is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
