Sandvik Mining is seeking a Workshop Job Administrator in Heatherbrae, NSW to support service operations by managing work in progress, data entry, order processing, and administrative tasks. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Aurora or Maximo, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service focus.

Ansvarsområden

Manage work in progress, data entry, order processing, and prepare estimates.
Oversee a wide range of administrative tasks, including parts ordering, invoicing, and purchase orders.
Coordinate all warranty claims and process repairs and maintenance jobs.
Create job estimates/quotes and schedules, and send order acceptance/acknowledgement.
Adhere to Work in Progress (WIP) processes for the workshop.
Liaise with Accounts Receivable and Finance on customer credit issues.
Provide administrative support to the workshop.

Krav

Confident user of the Microsoft suite of products.
Familiarity with Aurora and/or Maximo or similar enterprise management software.
Excellent time management skills and high organization.
Ability to work and perform unsupervised.
Strong customer service focus with a high level of initiative, drive and determination.
Right to live and work in Australia.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical.
