The Site WHS Officer will partner with a site operations team in a Fulfillment Center/QC Superstore to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations. Partner with site operations team to execute company safety policies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk.
Build trust and confidence with the Operations Team.
Influence change through comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
Instruct and train Operations Leaders in company safety policies.
Assist operations site teams in incorporating safety standards.
Identify and incorporate best practices into company safety policies.
Demonstrate expertise in safety program, environmental, and ergonomic knowledge.

Krav

Experience in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS or environmental programs or in work health and safety.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
