The Site WHS Officer in Gurgaon, Haryana, is responsible for executing company safety policies and ensuring regulatory compliance within Sort Centers/Last Mile Delivery Stations. This role involves leveraging lean principles and kaizens for continuous improvement, reducing risk, and fostering a safe working environment, requiring strong communication and data analysis skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with site operations teams to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations.
  • Leverage lean principles and kaizens to lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing conditional and ergonomic risk.
  • Ensure a safe and healthful working environment for Associates.
  • Build trust and confidence with the Operations Team and influence change through comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
  • Serve as an effective communicator, sending clear, concise, and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Instruct and train Operations Leaders in company safety policies.
  • Assist operations site teams in incorporating safety standards.
  • Identify best practices and incorporate them into standards to continuously improve company safety policies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in safety programs and relevant safety, environmental, and ergonomic knowledge when working with Operations.

Krav

  • Experience in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS or environmental programs or in work health and safety.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
