The Site WHS Officer partners with operations teams in Sort Centers to implement safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance. This role focuses on reducing risks through lean principles and kaizens, conducting risk assessments, and analyzing safety data to foster a safe work environment. The officer will train operations leaders on safety standards and identify best practices for continuous improvement.
Ansvarsområden
- Partner with site operations teams in Sort Centers to execute company safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and kaizens to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk.
- Build trust and confidence with the Operations Team and influence change.
- Provide comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
- Instruct and train Operations Leaders in company safety policies.
- Assist operations site teams in incorporating safety standards.
- Identify best practices and incorporate them into company safety policies.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with increasing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.

- Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
