Responsibilities
- Partner with site operations teams in Sort Centers to execute company safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and kaizens to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk.
- Build trust and confidence with the Operations Team and influence change.
- Provide comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
- Instruct and train Operations Leaders in company safety policies.
- Assist operations site teams in incorporating safety standards.
- Identify best practices and incorporate them into company safety policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with increasing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
