Ericsson seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for its new Smart Factory in Lewisville, Texas, to manage daily warehouse operations, material flow, and shipments. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and knowledge of manufacturing operations and safety protocols.

Ansvarsområden

Oversee daily warehouse operations, monitoring productivity, workflow, accuracy, and error rates to ensure efficiency and quality.
Generate and present reports on warehouse and operational status, including end-of-shift summaries and daily meetings.
Facilitate clear communication across departments, collaborating with teams in Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality.
Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing safety procedures, promoting PPE use, and ensuring adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment efficiency, working conditions, and team productivity.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and assignments, and participate in the interviewing and hiring process.
Coordinate with training teams to develop training plans and address skill gaps for warehouse operators.
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching through one-on-one meetings and formal talent management processes.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Solid understanding of intra-departmental functions in daily manufacturing operations
Knowledge of 5S methodology within a warehouse environment
Effective leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong conflict resolution, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience promoting workplace safety
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Experience using advanced software in a production environment
Readiness to learn, adapt, and develop AI-related skills
