We are seeking a people-first leader for a Warehouse Operations Team Leader role in Edmonton. Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment. Requires a university degree and 2 years of experience or 5 years of experience, with at least 1 year of managerial experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Fulfilment Operations Co-workers, fostering an empowered and supportive environment.
  • Build a high-performing team by identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
  • Drive operational excellence for product availability and efficient, cost-effective warehouse operations.
  • Promote sustainability by supporting the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda and encouraging environmentally responsible practices.
  • Create a culture of quality by coaching team members on best practices and reducing product damage.

Krav

  • University degree and 2 years of related experience, or a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
