Responsibilities

  • Create a culture of quality by coaching team members on best practices and reducing product damage.

Requirements

  • University degree and 2 years of related experience, or a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
