Alstom is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager in Mumbai to oversee logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves ensuring material flow alignment, managing warehouse layouts and inventory accuracy, and leading a team to optimize operations and ensure safety compliance.

Ansvarsområden

Ensuring alignment of physical and system material flows.
Managing warehouse layouts and inventory accuracy.
Leading a team of supervisors and operators.
Optimizing storage space and defining warehouse layouts.
Managing 3PL performance.
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Managing physical material flows, including reception, storage, kitting, and shipping.
Guaranteeing material availability, integrity, and timely delivery.
Overseeing ERP implementation and ensuring its correct usage.
Monitoring and improving warehouse performance through KPIs.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives and deploying Alstom Production System (APSYS) programs.
Providing leadership to the team by setting objectives, coaching, and fostering professional growth.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and implement corrective actions.

Krav

7+ years of experience from a Mechanical Engineering background.
SAP, advanced excel, digital transformation, warehouse management mandatory (min 7 to 8 years).
Experience with ERP solutions (SAP preferred, particularly IM and WM modules).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.
Knowledge of logistics operations and inventory management.
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in logistics.
