Alstom seeks a full-time Warehouse EPU in Nagpur to ensure seamless physical and system flows within the warehouse, optimizing material storage and delivery processes. The role involves managing material flows, contributing to continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Ansvarsområden

Ensuring compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Guaranteeing proper storage conditions and material availability for production lines.
Managing physical and system flows to ensure alignment.
Implementing and optimizing ERP solutions for warehouse operations.
Monitoring and improving performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Providing leadership, coaching, and development plans for Logistics Operators.
Enhancing warehouse organization and processes, including layout and space optimization.
Collaborating with external logistics partners (3PL) to monitor and improve performance.

Krav

A degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
At least 2 years of experience in a management position.
Experience in and understanding of ERP solutions (SAP preferred).
Knowledge of logistics processes, including inventory and warehouse management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities and risks effectively.
