Sandvik Mining is seeking a Vice President, Strategy & Business Development in Stockholm, Sweden to define and execute the strategic agenda, drive growth, and oversee portfolio development and M&A activities. This executive role requires a strong leader with experience in strategy, business development, and complex international environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive BA strategy development and execution.
  • Support divisional strategy development and business planning.
  • Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities, portfolio priorities, and industry trends.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Have overall hosting responsibility for the Marketing and Communications function.

Krav

  • Experience from management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business development.
  • Solid M&A experience, including deal evaluation, due diligence, integration, and value creation.
  • Proven success leading strategic initiatives and transformation in international organizations.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership teams and boards.
  • Strong commercial understanding of industrial, technology, or capital equipment businesses.
