- Support divisional strategy development and business planning.

- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Have overall hosting responsibility for the Marketing and Communications function.
Requirements
- Experience from management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business development.
- Solid M&A experience, including deal evaluation, due diligence, integration, and value creation.
- Proven success leading strategic initiatives and transformation in international organizations.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership teams and boards.
- Strong commercial understanding of industrial, technology, or capital equipment businesses.
