Emerson is seeking an experienced Utility - Machining Support professional in Pasadena, Texas. This full-time, on-site role involves cutting bar stock to specifications, material handling using various equipment, performing routine machine maintenance, and maintaining shop organization and cleanliness.

Ansvarsområden

Identify, pull, stage, and maintain inventory of parts and materials using the ERP system.
Cut bar stock to the accurate size and specifications.
Verify materials using PMI and maintain traceability through proper etching and tagging.
Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling equipment.
Support machining operations and day-to-day shop needs, including sandblasting, painting, and spotting lifts.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including oil changes, coolant checks, and monthly inspections.
Maintain shop tools, consumables, equipment, and organization.
Maintain excellent housekeeping in all shop areas.

Krav

1+ year of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Strong computer experience (Microsoft Suite).
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Technical Associate Degree.
Basic machining knowledge (manual lathes & mills).
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle etc).
Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems.
