Emerson is seeking a Trilingual Credit and Collection Analyst for a hybrid role in Escazú, Costa Rica. This position involves managing accounts receivables, performing credit evaluations, and reconciling customer accounts. Fluency in Portuguese and English, along with proficiency in MS Office and 2 years of relevant experience, is required.

Ansvarsområden

Handle transactional activities and inquiries in payments received from customers.
Perform customer account reconciliations for debt alignment.
Conduct credit evaluations and manage disputes.
Contribute to operational improvements, documentation, and standard process development.
Use multiple systems for tracking, information gathering, researching, and entering customer communication.
Analyze credit limits and requirements for customer accounts.
Reconcile customer accounts to settle strategies within accounts receivable balances.
Answer inquiries and resolve routine issues within the credit to cash process.
Analyze and approve new account applications and prepare chargeback invoices.
Discuss account resolutions with internal parties.
Transmit and generate billing data to customers and resolve billing inquiries.
Build account receivables reporting from credit, cash, and collections.

Krav

Degree or advanced studies preferred in Accounting, Business Management or Finance.
Advanced written and oral Portuguese and good English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word and Excel).
2 years in accounts receivables Customer Service Representative position or accounts receivable representative role.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Practical knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite preferred.
Experience in LAM collections market and automation industry preferred.
Experience in transitions and stabilization process.
