As a Transportation Specialist in Relay Ops at Amazon's Hyderabad Dev Center, you will investigate and manage transportation exceptions, conduct deep-dive analysis, and identify risk trends within the supply chain network. You will be responsible for identifying process gaps, documenting findings, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

Serve as a primary investigator conducting daily investigations across assigned geographies.
Review cases from monitoring dashboards, determine root cause, and document findings with supporting evidence within established SLA timelines.
Perform deep-dive analysis into raised cases by validating operational justifications.
Extract and manage data from multiple internal portals and monitoring dashboards.
Identify recurring patterns, emerging risk trends, and anomalies.
Evaluate investigated cases against established SOPs and operational guidelines.
Generate and maintain accurate investigation records, periodic reports, and case documentation.
Participate in quality assurance reviews and calibration sessions.
Actively seek solutions and suggest process improvements.
Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all sensitive information.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
Experience with Excel.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with SQL.
Logistics background and experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, data filtering).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight or similar BI platforms).
Demonstrated investigative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience preparing reports identifying findings and providing recommended remediation strategies.
