Amazon.in's ROW IB team is seeking a motivated Transportation Representative to manage daily operational activities and freight planning. This role involves appointment planning, information flow, and decision-making to ensure a smooth inbound experience for sellers and vendors.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage daily operational activities centrally across fulfillment centers.
  • Execute freight planning for all carriers, sellers, and vendors.
  • Participate in operational excellence, system support, and process design.
  • Support carriers, associates, and management.
  • Plan and execute appointment scheduling accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the flow of information among stakeholders.
  • Identify blockers and provide resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively in a clear and professional manner.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
  • Seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends for process improvements.

Krav

  • Graduation from a recognized university.
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate correctly and understand issues.
  • Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and internet browser.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.

  • Logistics background and experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Deep diving skills.
