As a Transportation Representative in Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC), you will facilitate freight movement, resolve transportation exceptions, and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries. This role involves communication with internal and external stakeholders, data analysis, and proposing process improvements within a 24/7 operating environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate information flow between stakeholders (Carriers, Vendors, FCs, Hubs).
  • Resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Research and query internal tools to provide timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze network data, notice trends, and drive customer experience.
  • Communicate findings and variances in a review forum.
  • Ideate and drive process improvements.
  • Provide real-time customer experience in a 24/7 operating environment.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to systematically escalate problems and follow through on resolutions.
  • Ability to analyze data and notice trends.
  • Knowledge of SQL.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • PhD (preferred).
