As a Transportation Representative at Amazon's TOC in Hyderabad, you will facilitate information flow between stakeholders like carriers and warehouses, resolving issues to ensure customer experience and business continuity. Ansvarsområden

Facilitate information flow between stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
Resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
Address potential issues during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound) or freight leaving FC to customer premises (Outbound).
Research and query internal tools to provide timely issue resolution.
Analyze data and identify trends to drive customer experience without compromising time.
Communicate clearly in written and oral form.
Ideate and drive process improvements.
Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Scope out business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
Quickly understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
Systematically escalate problems or variances and follow through on resolutions.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Provide real-time customer experience in a 24x7 operating environment.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable speaking directly with North America based business customers.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and validate data accurately.
Working knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven, 24/7 shift-based environment.
Ability to consistently meet productivity (Address ID volume) and quality (98%+) targets within defined time windows.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Familiarity with Geo Studio, SIM, or similar Amazon internal tools.
Experience working directly with external or business customers over phone or email.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and exposure to QuickSight.
Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed is a plus.
