A Trans Ops Representative at TOC facilitates information flow between stakeholders and resolves issues impacting customer experience and business continuity in Inbound and Outbound operations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and make real-time decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Ansvarsområden

Facilitate flow of information between Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses and resolve issues.
Address issues during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery for Inbound operations.
Address issues during the lifecycle of freight leaving the FC and reaching customer premises for Outbound operations.
Provide timely resolution by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
Analyze data, notice trends, and drive Customer Experience.
Communicate clearly in written and oral form.
Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Scope out business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
Quickly understand the business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
Systematically escalate problems or variance to relevant owners and teams and follow through on resolutions.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Provide real-time customer experience by working in a 24/7 operating environment.

Krav

Strong analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Effective communication abilities (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of Logistics.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL, AI tools.
