Ansvarsområden
- Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
- Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound Operations) or freight leaving FC to customer premises (Outbound Operations).
- Provide timely resolution to issues by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
- Ideate and drive process improvements.
- Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
- Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- 12-24 months of work experience
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of Logistics
