WeQuel is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist in Stockholm for a hybrid role, focusing on driving shopper and brand growth within the FMCG industry. This consultant position involves shaping trade marketing strategy, developing activations, and utilizing insights across retail and out-of-home channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a winning Trade Marketing strategy across all Path to Purchase touchpoints.
  • Analyze shopper insights, triggers, and barriers to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class point-of-sale activations and materials.
  • Create compelling brand materials for trade fairs and customer events.
  • Develop retailer trade marketing programs.
  • Align trade marketing plans with brand objectives and customer priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing and CBD teams on tailored customer plans.
  • Manage creative agency relationships and budgets.
  • Ensure activations are delivered on time and in full.
  • Follow up on ROI from shopper marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven results within sales and/or marketing, with experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing and/or brand management.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • FMCG experience is a strong advantage.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and results-driven mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven approach.
