We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Server Administrator for a Track Manager position in Noida. This role involves managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows server environments and supporting infrastructure services, providing advanced operational support, and restoring services within agreed timelines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and is comfortable with rotational shifts.

Ansvarsområden

Monitor and maintain Windows server infrastructure, operating-system services and supporting platform components.
Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades and decommissioning.
Diagnose and resolve Level 2 incidents involving server availability, performance, services, scheduled tasks, storage, certificates and application dependencies.
Analyze Windows event logs, system logs and monitoring alerts.
Administer Active Directory-related server activities, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and file services.
Perform routine health checks, capacity monitoring, performance analysis and preventive maintenance.
Support backup, restore and recovery validation.
Assist with vulnerability remediation, security hardening, access reviews and compliance evidence collection.
Execute approved standard and normal changes with implementation plans, validation steps, evidence and rollback readiness.
Validate service functionality following infrastructure, network, database, security or application changes.
Escalate complex issues to Level 3, vendors or dependent support teams.
Contribute to problem management by identifying recurring issues, documenting known errors and tracking corrective actions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles and shift-handover notes.
Participate in rotational shifts, planned maintenance and on-call support when required.
Maintain FastViewer operational procedures, troubleshooting records, known-error information and vendor escalation details.
Coordinate with endpoint, network, identity, database, security and vendor teams.
Support approved FastViewer configuration changes, application upgrades, certificate renewals, service restarts and post-change functional validation.
Review FastViewer and Windows logs, monitoring alerts and service status.
Troubleshoot FastViewer access, service startup, connectivity, session-establishment, certificate, DNS, proxy, firewall and application-to-database related issues.
Support the availability and operational health of enterprise remote-support services, including FastViewer application components and their server-side dependencies.

Krav

5+ years of experience as a Server Administrator.
Experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows server environments.
Experience with supporting infrastructure services.
Experience providing advanced operational support.
Experience restoring services within agreed timelines.
Experience executing approved changes.
Experience working with application, database, network, security and vendor teams.
Experience with FastViewer or similar enterprise remote support tools is preferred.

Önskade kvalifikationer
