Senior technical SME responsible for advanced administration, troubleshooting, and governance of enterprise load balancing and application delivery services. Role involves L3 escalation, complex change ownership, RCA leadership, and SSL/TLS certificate management for business-critical applications.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as L3 escalation point for complex load balancer incidents.
  • Provide expert support for F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM/DNS administration.
  • Analyze application-specific traffic flows using logs, packet captures, and connection tables.
  • Support SSL termination, SSL cipher/certificate management, and certificate renewal tracking.
  • Develop, review, and troubleshoot F5 iRules and traffic policies.
  • Plan, peer-review, and execute complex load balancer changes.
  • Provide operational support and technical coordination for F5 ASM/WAF and APM.
  • Lead technical analysis for major incidents and produce RCA inputs.
  • Maintain load balancer standards, configuration templates, and operational runbooks.

Krav

  • 8-10+ years of experience preferred.
  • F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM, Application Delivery, SSL, and Traffic Management expertise.
  • Experience with VIPs, pools, nodes, health monitors, routing, NAT/SNAT, and asymmetric traffic.
  • F5 Certified Administrator preferred.
  • CCNP/CCIE and ITIL Foundation preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, F5 BIG-IP, GTM/DNS, ASM/WAF/APM.
  • Proficiency in Wireshark, SNMP/Syslog.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Deep understanding of load balancing, SSL/TLS, and certificate governance.
  • Ability to mentor L1/L2 teams.
  • Collaboration with application, security, cloud, network, and data center teams.
