Noida-based Track Manager to architect and deliver secure automation for patching, vulnerability remediation, and hardening across Windows, Linux, and AIX. Responsibilities include defining automation architecture, developing Ansible/AAP workflows, and integrating with various systems.

Define the automation architecture, coding standards, reusable roles/modules and delivery roadmap for remediation use cases.
Develop Ansible/AAP workflows and supporting PowerShell, Shell and Python automation.
Design Git-based branching, peer review, testing, release, secrets, logging, rollback and audit controls.
Integrate automation with inventories, vulnerability data, ITSM/change workflows and reporting outputs where approved.
Build pre-check, patch, reboot, health-check, evidence and exception-handling patterns for multiple platforms.
Troubleshoot failed automation at scale and improve reliability, idempotency, performance and observability.
Engage platform SMEs and customers to convert operational requirements into safe automation designs.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews and build adoption through documentation and enablement.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Red Hat Ansible Automation, Terraform, Microsoft or relevant DevOps certification
Experience delivering enterprise automation in regulated environments
Advanced Ansible and Red Hat AAP: inventories, roles, collections, workflows, surveys, credentials and execution environments
Advanced PowerShell and Shell scripting; strong Python capability
Git, pull requests, code review, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code principles
Terraform for supported infrastructure provisioning and configuration use cases
Windows, RHEL/Linux and AIX administration and patching concepts
API integration, JSON/YAML, secrets management, logging, testing and exception handling
Security hardening, least privilege, vulnerability remediation and audit evidence
ServiceNow/ITSM integration awareness

Strong customer-facing discovery, design walkthrough and technical presentation skills
Ability to explain automation risk, controls, dependencies and measurable outcomes
Excellent technical documentation, mentoring and cross-platform collaboration
Confident challenge and escalation when automation safety or supportability is at risk
