KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ■ Triage and remediate F5 APM findings within the 24-hour SLA. ■ Plan and execute patching with minimal user impact on remote-access services. ■ Coordinate with identity and access management teams on policy alignment. ■ Maintain runbooks for APM patching and emergency rollback. ■ Contribute to high-availability patching patterns and Phase 2 automation. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS ■ Hands-on F5 APM expertise: visual policy editor, SSO, federation, network access. ■ Strong understanding of TLS, SAML, OAuth and access-control patterns. ■ Knowledge of high-availability F5 deployments and live-traffic patching. PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE ■ F5 Certified Technology Specialist — Access Policy Manager. ■ Exposure to ZTNA or comparable modern remote-access architectures. EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS ■ 4+ years operating F5 APM at enterprise scale. ■ Certifications: F5-CA, F5-CTS-APM.
