KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ■ Triage and remediate F5 APM findings within the 24-hour SLA. ■ Plan and execute patching with minimal user impact on remote-access services. ■ Coordinate with identity and access management teams on policy alignment. ■ Maintain runbooks for APM patching and emergency rollback. ■ Contribute to high-availability patching patterns and Phase 2 automation. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS ■ Hands-on F5 APM expertise: visual policy editor, SSO, federation, network access. ■ Strong understanding of TLS, SAML, OAuth and access-control patterns. ■ Knowledge of high-availability F5 deployments and live-traffic patching.
