Lead and mentor the project team by defining project goals, facilitating transparent communication, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Introduce innovative ideas and process improvements to enhance organizational progress and operational efficiency.
Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs within the ServiceNow environment, driving business results and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Krav

Expertise in ServiceNow functional consulting and ITIL frameworks
Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices
Proficient in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
