Implement and maintain OCI WAF, OCI Firewall, and OCI CloudGuard, provisioning WAF for custom applications and providing ongoing support. Troubleshoot infrastructure and customer-reported problems related to these security components, ensuring network security rules follow best practices and least privileged access.

Ansvarsområden

Manage and administrate core security components like Firewalls, Cloudguard and Proxy solution.
Monitor all services to ensure they are up and running.
Provide fast troubleshooting to analyze and fix user-reported incidents.
Implement and maintain OCI WAF, OCI Firewall & OCI CloudGuard.
Provision WAF for custom applications based on customer consultation.
Provide ongoing support & troubleshooting of infrastructure problems on WAF, Firewall & CloudGuard.
Troubleshoot firewall & WAF related problems reported by customers.
Regularly review and refine security configurations, staying abreast of Oracle's product roadmaps, especially concerning security enhancements.
Ensure all network security rules are configured according to least privileged access and best practices following standards.
Perform device replacements and firmware upgrades when required as part of troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot customer authentication incidents mostly related to WAF/Firewall & Cloud guard.
Deploy network firewall in production environment.
Monitor performance and availability of firewall devices using Customer Network Monitoring Tools.
Advise Web/App Developer to customize website to eliminate/avoid repeated learnings.

Krav

Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls related to multiple versions of the Oracle Cloud application product suite.
Experience with OCI native Firewall & OCI WAF, such as Policy administration, NAT implementation & DMZ management.
Access controls and firewall rulesets must be in place to ensure that users and Services only have access to the Networks they are authorized to use.
Remediation of network security compliance reports generated daily, including the deviation of security standards configurations on a global scale.
