  • Lead and optimize Identity Management operations using CyberArk PAM tools (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide project teams on Identity Management best practices.
  • Drive innovation in operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide tailored solutions leveraging CyberArk PAM technologies.

Krav

  • Proficient in Identity Management principles and CyberArk PAM (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in operational management.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of client management and SLA adherence.
  • Ability to drive process innovation and improvement.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • CyberArk Certified Administrator (Optional but valuable).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
