The Track Lead for Support & Operations manages operational efficiencies and drives continuous improvement using Zscaler and Palo Alto technologies. Ansvarsområden

  • Enhance operational systems using Zscaler and Palo Alto solutions to improve reporting, streamline information flow, and optimize business processes.
  • Analyze client requirements and ensure the support team meets expectations by implementing best practices in Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSE frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor the project team by communicating project goals and performance expectations, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive innovation in process development by integrating new ideas and technologies within Zscaler and Palo Alto environments.
  • Provide tailored solutions aligned with client needs, utilizing Zscaler and Palo Alto capabilities to deliver business results.

Krav

  • In-depth knowledge of Zscaler, Palo Alto, DLP, CASB, and SSE technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and performance metrics.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Zscaler Certified Associate (ZCA) or Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Associate (PCCSA) certifications are optional but valuable.
