The Tower Lead for Support & Operations will manage escalations, ensure SLA adherence, and deliver quality reports using Power BI, PowerShell, and Python. Ansvarsområden

  • Generate Tower-Level Operational Insights Using Power BI to track and report EE & EN revenue.
  • Utilize PowerShell to automate routine processes and manage escalations, ensuring timely closure of tasks and crisis situations in accordance with SLA norms.
  • Oversee operational hygiene by validating reports and ensuring service delivery meets SOW specifications.
  • Foster positive customer satisfaction by developing and implementing new frameworks and initiatives to improve service quality and responsiveness.
  • Drive the Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) by leveraging automation through PowerShell and Python to optimize processes and achieve cost efficiencies.

Krav

  • Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of PowerShell for automation and process management.
  • Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and further automation tasks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
  • Optional but valuable: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
