Ansvarsområden
- Collaborate in pre-sale processes by providing technical guidance and translating business requirements.
- Develop proposals and statements of work (SOW).
- Lead meetings with customers/partners to identify business needs and create a vision.
- Implement solutions, following industry standards and aligning with customer business goals.
- Manage complex escalations and coordinate resources to resolve issues.
- Proactively manage executive-level customer/partner relationships.
- Act as an ambassador for intellectual property (IP) consumption and identify new IP development needs.
- Drive opportunities to expand adoption of cloud and Microsoft technologies.
- Learn new technologies and obtain relevant certifications.
- Mentor team members and act as a technical advisor.
- Complete operational tasks and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Embody Microsoft's culture and values.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 6+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 12+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business.
- Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics).
- Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
Förmåner
- Typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is €86,300.00 - €151,600.00 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
