Transcom is seeking an English-speaking Technical Support Representative in Cairo, Egypt, to provide excellent customer service for a global technology leader. This role involves responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat and contributing to product initiatives in an international environment.

Ansvarsområden

Support a global technology leader in the Nordic region, focusing on consumer electronics, mobile devices, and digital solutions.
Deliver an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
Contribute to project success, suggest improvements, and share knowledge with colleagues.
Work rotational shifts, with morning and night shifts operating between 8 AM and 10 PM.

Krav

C1/B2 written and spoken proficiency in English.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and listening.
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change.
Positive attitude and a willingness to provide brilliant customer experience.
