Ansvarsområden

Lead a team of product experts to solve complex customer technical issues using leadership principles and driving accountability.
Manage the customer relationship for Technical Support and act as an escalation point for Support Engineers.
Ensure the team possesses the necessary technical skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Facilitate team understanding of the product feedback cycle and participate in case triage meetings.
Identify resources for implementing automation or tools to improve processes.
Establish engagement strategies for effective collaboration with other teams to enhance customer experience.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management experience, OR 5+ years of equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) of experience in managing people.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
