Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product experts to solve complex customer technical issues using leadership principles and driving accountability.
  • Manage the customer relationship for Technical Support and act as an escalation point for Support Engineers.
  • Ensure the team possesses the necessary technical skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Facilitate team understanding of the product feedback cycle and participate in case triage meetings.
  • Identify resources for implementing automation or tools to improve processes.
  • Establish engagement strategies for effective collaboration with other teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management experience, OR 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in managing people.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
