As a Technical Specialist in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will conceptualize, design, and deliver product/sustenance solutions. This role involves architecting full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, defining application architecture, leading end-to-end delivery, and implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions.

Ansvarsområden

Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery through the team.
Support as an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to meet current quality standards and client requirements.
Train and develop the team to ensure adequate manpower in the technology and mitigate delivery risks.
Gather specifications and deliver solutions based on domain or technology understanding.
Review project deliverables.
Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices.

Krav

Design and develop enterprise-grade full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI frameworks.
Define application architecture and design patterns for scalable and secure systems.
Lead end-to-end delivery including development, integration, testing, and deployment.
Implement and govern CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins/GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Design and manage cloud-native solutions (Azure/AWS) with focus on scalability and reliability.
Oversee database design and optimization (Oracle DB – schema, performance tuning, indexing).
Drive API design and integration (REST, microservices, event-driven architecture).
Ensure DevOps best practices (automation, monitoring, logging, release management).
Collaborate with business and stakeholders for solution alignment and technical decisions.
Mentor teams, review code, and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
