Ansvarsområden

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team supply chain automation programs, defining scope, validating requirements, and driving execution with measurable success criteria.
Partner with engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate supply chain challenges into technical solutions, creating high-level designs and architectural approaches for the Supply Chain Operating System (SCos).
Drive alignment across diverse global teams by managing priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs while proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they become blockers.
Establish program health metrics and operational excellence mechanisms, continuously monitoring progress and driving process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency.
Influence technical and business decisions by building consensus across stakeholders, communicating program status through written narratives and presentations, and escalating appropriately to resolve contentious issues.

Krav

5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
