As a Technical Program Manager for Google TV, you will lead software engineering programs from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational OKRs. You will drive complex technical projects, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and collaborate with various teams including engineering, product management, and UX. This role requires a technical background, 5 years of program management experience, and the ability to lead technical discussions and navigate ambiguity.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple medium-to-large software engineering programs, ensuring technical and operational improvements directly align with organizational OKRs.
Drive complex technical projects from requirements to launch, managing schedules, resolving roadblocks, and proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.
Partner closely with engineering, product management, UX, data science, and go-to-market teams to define, prioritize, and implement key features, infrastructure, and workflows.
Collaborate with engineering directors, product leaders, and TPM groups to simplify execution, establish best practices, and transform the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.
Foster shared understanding across teams and communicate program status, technical requirements, and strategic goals effectively to all levels of leadership.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience managing software engineering/technical portfolios and delivering large-scale business/organizational transformations.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in leveraging AI tools and technology.
Experience with dashboarding and scripting (SQL) to improve automation and processes.
Ability to lead technical discussions with engineering leads to resolve complex issues and manage dependencies.
Ability to navigate ambiguity with ease while introducing structure.
