Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager for Data Center roles in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, India. This full-time hybrid position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of program/project management experience, with preferred experience in data center construction and infrastructure programs. The role involves developing strategy, initiating programs, managing execution, and analyzing performance data.

Ansvarsområden

  • Work with partners, customers, and key stakeholders to develop and articulate plans and long-term strategy.
  • Initiate new programs and drive them through the execution phase.
  • Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, and set the pace for development, deployment, and delivery of data center services and infrastructure.
  • Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations, and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project.
  • Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
  • Analyze services performance and system performance data, translate into recommendations and actionable plans, and provide strong quantitative analysis.
  • Serve as an escalation point for external partners and coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders.
  • Present team's analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executive management.
  • Take accountability for driving project deliverables.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in data center construction, fit-out, and services programs.
  • Experience in managing data center infrastructure and fit-out projects, and managing partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • Experience in the use and customization of project management tools.
  • Experience in the project management of complex projects.
  • Knowledge of green field civil construction, construction permit and statutory requirements, local industry standards.
  • Working knowledge of finance as applied to project/program management.
