Ansvarsområden

Analyze products based on material of construction, processing, functional, assembly, and regulatory requirements.
Assess material compliance for various regulations including REACH, ROHS, Prop. 65, and TSCA.
Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for material-related defects.
Perform testing and evaluation, including mechanical, microstructural, and characterization.
Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Work with stakeholders to analyze and validate requirements.
Engage with suppliers for regulatory material compliance information and manufacturing requirements.
Manage projects through status meetings, weekly reports, risk identification, and tracking.
Provide high-level communication summaries and presentations for management.

Krav

Demonstrated expertise in analyzing products based on material of construction, processing, functional, assembly, and regulatory requirements.
Experience and knowledge on adhesives.
Experience in product prototyping using different processing methods.
Assessment of material compliance for different regulations - REACH, ROHS, Prop. 65, TSCA.
Expertise in failure analysis - root cause investigations for material related defects.
Experience with testing and evaluation: mechanical, microstructural and characterization.
Experience and knowledge on reverse engineering.
Expertise with polymers and elastomers.
