This role is accountable for driving architectural leadership and technical direction in memory characterization projects, overseeing solution strategy and stakeholder management. They serve as a technical authority, guiding project execution and innovation within enterprise-scale environments.

Ansvarsområden

Lead architectural definition and optimization of memory characterization solutions using advanced characterization tools (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne, Keysight).
Oversee cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable memory characterization strategies.
Establish and enforce compliance with industry benchmarks and internal standards for memory device testing, reliability analysis, and statistical data interpretation.
Govern the integration of process automation and emerging technologies (such as AI/ML-driven characterization platforms) to enhance solution efficiency.
Monitor project performance metrics, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
Advocate continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in memory characterization and process enhancements.

Krav

Architectural Leadership in memory characterization across DRAM, NAND, and emerging memory technologies.
Expert proficiency in test program development and device analysis using automated test equipment (ATE) platforms such as Advantest and Teradyne.
Cross-domain expertise in memory device reliability, failure analysis, and data analytics using Python, MATLAB, or similar statistical tools.
Strategic technical direction in compliance frameworks (JEDEC, ISO) and quality standards related to semiconductor memory characterization.
Advanced skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) for large-scale solution delivery and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Recommended certifications: Certified Semiconductor Professional (CSP).
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (optional but valuable).
Six Sigma Black Belt (optional but valuable).
