We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead. You will build and maintain large-scale, cloud-native applications using technologies like Node.js, Express.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka. The role involves designing microservices, developing responsive applications, and championing automation across development and operational processes.

Build and maintain large-scale, cloud-native applications with expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies.
Develop scalable solutions using Node.js, Express.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
Drive engineering excellence through automation and modern software delivery practices.
Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
Build responsive and high-performance applications.
Develop resilient APIs and event-driven services.
Optimize system performance across distributed environments.
Collaborate closely with product, platform, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
Champion automation across development, testing, deployment, and operational processes, enabling faster releases and improved platform reliability.

Krav

Experienced Full Stack Engineer.
Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native applications in production environments.
Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, observability, and modern software architecture patterns.
Proven specialization in 2-3 areas from: Node.js and Express.js for scalable API and backend development; TypeScript and modern JavaScript development; ReactJS with component-driven architecture, state management, and performance optimization; MongoDB schema design, indexing, aggregation, and query optimization; Redis for caching, session management, distributed locking, and performance acceleration; Kafka for event streaming, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures; Microservices Architecture including API gateways, service discovery, resilience patterns, and observability; Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with containerized and serverless deployments; CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.
