I korthet

We are seeking a Technical Lead to provide Tier 2 technical support for ECAD tools like Cadence Allegro and Valor across global regions. This role involves collaborating with Cadence and Siemens to develop solutions and address tool-related issues, while also managing and updating tickets raised by engineering teams worldwide.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for ECAD (Cadence Allegro) and Valor tool uses across GEOs.
  • Work with Cadence and Siemens in creating solutions and preempting tool-related issues.
  • Address tickets raised by engineering teams globally via customer tools, email, and messengers, and track/update them.
  • Provide summary/dashboard and proposals for reducing defects.

Krav

  • Hands-on experience working in Cadence ECAD tools.
  • Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
  • Good English communication.
