Ansvarsområden

Provide technical guidance and solutions, defining and implementing best practices and coding standards.
Develop and guide team members in enhancing technical capabilities and productivity.
Ensure process compliance and participate in technical discussions as a consultant for feasibility studies.
Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks, and manage escalation closures.
Provide application operations and first-level to second-level support for AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management (ERM).
Handle incidents, provide user support, monitor application performance, and coordinate with L2/L3 teams.

Krav

7+ years of experience.
Working knowledge of AVEVA ERM (Enterprise Resource Management).
Understanding of ERM/ERP application support processes.
Experience with incident, problem, and request management.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or similar).
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
AVEVA ERM fundamentals and understanding of its data model and workflows.
Knowledge of material lifecycle management (engineering → procurement → construction).
Integration knowledge of AVEVA E3D/Engineering/Diagrams with ERM.
Experience with ERM user administration and role management.
AVEVA ERM configuration and customization skills.
Integration knowledge of SAP and Oracle modules.
Understanding of relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
Experience with data migration and legacy system loading.
Skills in report extraction and data analysis.
