Ericsson is looking for an Implementation Management professional in Doha, Qatar. This role involves defining and managing project scope, overseeing planning, ensuring reporting, and supporting commercial engagements while adhering to various standards and norms. The position drives change and delivers value through comprehensive implementation services.

Ansvarsområden

Define scope and manage workforce for first-time-right performance.
Oversee financial performance for roll-out phases.
Drive change management initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
Uphold adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, taking corrective action.
Set up and oversee acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers.
Monitor the invoicing life cycle in the implementation phase.
Report on progress and deviations, providing inputs to workforce and cost management.
Assure the quality of implementation work and adherence to Ericsson and customer directives and standards.
