Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP VIM solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications. Drive end-to-end VIM implementations, project planning, and stakeholder management. Oversee production support, system health checks, and continuous optimization of invoice processing workflows. Integrate SAP VIM with SAP modules and external applications, staying updated on patches and releases.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP VIM solutions aligned to business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Configure workflows, document types, data capture (OCR), and integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA and non-SAP systems.
Ensure adherence to SAP and industry best practices.
Drive end-to-end VIM implementations and enhancements within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Lead project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Define milestones, deliverables, and manage risks/issues.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
Oversee production support, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.
Perform system health checks and identify automation/improvement opportunities.
Drive continuous optimization of invoice processing workflows and performance.
Ensure system reliability and business continuity.
Lead integration of SAP VIM with SAP modules (FI/MM) and external applications.
Collaborate with technical teams for migrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Stay updated on VIM patches, releases, and recommend improvements.
Engage with business, finance, and IT stakeholders for requirement gathering.
Engage for training content with OCM team.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
Expertise in VIM configuration & workflow design (implementation + support).
Expertise in Archive Center/Core Archive.
Expertise in OCR integration with IES or Intelligent Capture.
Expertise in SAP FI/MM processes (AP focus).
Expertise in ECC/S4HANA integration.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP OpenText VIM (implementation + support).
Experience with Archive Center/Core Archive and IES/Intelligent Capture.
Strong understanding of P2P / Accounts Payable processes.
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience in planning, leading teams and managing deliveries.
