Ansvarsområden

  • Manage a team of 20 to 25 ML Data Associates.
  • Execute plans for ML data workflows in a well-defined process area.
  • Ensure ML data workflows are quality compliant and analyze ML data, SIM issues, and metrics.
  • Identify risks and ensure escalations reach the right people.
  • Responsible for SLAs and task completion targets for specific customers.
  • Work with internal/external teams to execute business goals.
  • Use data to set/revisit operational goals and manage activities.
  • Manage escalations and complex tickets, analyze data, and report key metrics.
  • Design and implement process improvement projects impacting team performance.
  • Participate in new workflow rollout projects.
  • Coach direct reports on leadership principles and assign challenging work for development.
  • Provide team guidance on work types and prioritization.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Performance manage the team based on metrics & deliverables and make hiring/firing decisions.
  • Hold team members accountable for performance and adherence to rules.
  • Become an expert in annotation processes, train and support the team, maintain accuracy and throughput standards.
  • Connect with stakeholders to understand annotation requirements and train associates.
  • Conduct close-loop sessions with research team members to understand ML model KPIs and propose scalable solutions.

Krav

  • BE, BSC, B tech, Mtech, Msc in IT, ECE, or Electrical Electronic Engineering, or a graduate in any field.
  • Industry experience of 5 to 7 years.
  • At least 1 to 2 years in a team lead/people management role.
  • Quantitative fields such as science and engineering preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
