Team Leader – Quick Ship Operations responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Quick Ship manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role leads day-to-day shop floor activities, supports workforce development, and drives operational excellence across assembly, machining, and welding processes in Dubai, UAE.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and coordinate Quick Ship manufacturing operations.
Act as the safety focal point and promote a strong safety culture.
Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing activities including Assembly, Machining, Welding, and Heat Treatment operations.
Ensure availability of tooling, materials, equipment, and resources.
Collaborate with Planning, Stores, and Quality teams for smooth workflow and timely order execution.
Drive workforce development through coaching, engagement, training, and talent development initiatives.
Support factory automation and intelligent manufacturing initiatives.
Prepare and present operational performance reports and conduct review meetings.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Krav

Technical Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
8-10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
Experience in manufacturing operations within a valve, mechanical, or process industry environment.
Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and people management skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality systems, and operational best practices.
Ability to effectively manage shop floor priorities and operational challenges.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Strong knowledge of Assembly, Machining, and Welding processes.
Product knowledge and experience with Fisher Control Valve products.
Experience driving manufacturing automation and operational improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
